All Jamaica Ash's drivers and helpers are members of the Teamsters Union Local 813, whose pay scale and benefits makes these positions extremely desirable, attracts responsible and experienced applicants, and results in an extremely low turnover ratio.

Employees are trained in-house in accordance with industry standards and company policy. The company closely monitors compliance with New York State and Federal requirements and works with our drivers on a daily basis to ensure that both our customers' and our drivers' needs are satisfied.
